Does it really work in water?

It holds up under conditions of extreme cold in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, and conditions of extreme heat in the Australian outback. And really, the size of the hole doesn’t matter. In 1998, a water main broke under a busy road in Miami, Florida. The resulting utility trench was 100 feet long and 36 feet wide.
